Asmodée, a leading international games publisher and distributor with operations located in Europe, United States and China, controlled by Eurazeo, announced the acquisition of Bergsala Enigma, a leading distributor of collectible cards and board games in the Nordics and the Netherlands.
Asmodée was advised by Latham & Watkins with a team led from Paris by Alexander Benedetti, partner, assisted by Marie-Sarah Dib on the corporate aspects, together with the Danish law firm Bruun & Hjejle.
