LL Berg is continuing with its development process by recruiting Virginie Gaubert-Ravoire as a Corporate Partner.
A graduate of Paris II Panthéon-Assas university, Virginie Gaubert-Ravoire’s activities focus on Corporate law on behalf of French and international industrial groups (in particular service providers and groups specialized in banking or real estate) to help them setting up new corporate governance, to support them notably within their establishment in France or to reorganize their shareholding.
Prior to joining LL Berg, Virginie supervised the Corporate Department of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (Paris) for ten years.
